Its amazing how much you love cooking and seeing you experiment so much and being so good at it... i like cooking too but haven't experimented much... I have learnt a few dishes from Kerala like the Puttu and Kadla curry and the ever so famous Fish curry. I was introduced to Kerala cuisine by my husband Anil George and hence the inclination towards the food and i love it!
Someday when you have a little free time, I would need tips on how to use a microwave for baking as I've never done it but am keen on trying :)

Hi Ria, I am an ardent follower of ur blog but never ventured to comment.I drool over the pics and sigh on the ingredients and utensils(post US migration) on a regular basis :)
I made ur chocolate-biscuit-pudding for a friend and needless to say it was a big hit!!!. So hard to resist saying a Thank u as well as being acquainted to u in person.
I thought of making a small request to you. Could you post some dessert using ripe mangoes. 2 conditions No baking No yogurt
I happenned to stumble on your blog searching for cake recipes . cant wait to try out the recipies.The pictures u posted are making me drool .keep up the good work .do you by any chance know to make kerala porotta ,i tried several times but a big failure ,have to say my daddy and mummy also have failed in trying to make porotta .actually my husbands side my fatherinlaw also failed in the attempt to make porotta .pls help this familes attempt to make perfect porotta .

Hi Ria, I got on to comment on a cookie recipe I used (that turned out great) but cant seem to find it anymore. It was the cookies that were coated with corn flakes.
I saw your post the other week, and I have not had a chance to thank you for your post. I saw your pictures you posted and it really made me happy to see what you cooked. It really makes me smile when I see things like that.
