Sweet lil gifts from my cousins

Off late I have been showered with lot of gifts by mom & my lovely cousins and I thought I'd share them with y'all :)
My Uncle is the MD for a Vanilla Export company and last weekend we were staying with them. So when we were about to leave he gave me these goodies . And BOY! I was almost jumping with joy!!
They introduce new products almost every month. So this time it was Vanilla Cocoa powder. They smelt like heaven. Just incase you guys need some of the above mentioned vanilla goodies, drop in a mail or leave a comment and I will get back to you.

Have a good day!

Shabs- We don't get much here in Kannur except for the basic square and round cake tins. I usually get them from EKM.

Hello,
New to your blog, but your last blog literally had me jumping all over. I have been trying to get vanilla beans from India, and have requested many people to find it, but no luck. I do not live in India but in the Gulf, and so would like to know where in Kerala this is available. Would really appreciate your response. Thanks. Angela

Hey Nilambara,
Thanks for your kind words! The bean and other vanilla products are sold by a company called Vanilco. If you want to purchase them, e-mail me. I can send you the details regarding it. Thanks!

I have the same little tart pans and use them all the time. They make great cookie cutters. And you can use them as candy molds too.

Hi Ria...
I have a microwave oven, which has convection mode, which I use for making cakes. Can you please tell me where in Ekm, I can get microwave safe bakewares? Esp. muffin trays and shaped cake pans...

Warm Regards
Dhanya
